Jon spent 20 years helping thousands of companies become more efficient in their HR and administrative functions- navigating benefits, compliance, payroll, and the operational complexity that comes with growth. After graduating from James Madison University, he built his career across Florida, Southern California, and Colorado, working with businesses of every size and stage.
In 2017, he founded Summit HRO Consulting to solve a problem he kept seeing from the inside: companies making one of their most important HR decisions, choosing a PEO, without an independent advocate in their corner.
Today, Jon lives in Denver with his wife, five kids, and two Labradors. He brings the same energy to every client engagement that he brings to everything else; direct, thorough, and genuinely invested in the outcome.
